As a contributing, serving Police Officer or as a Police Pensioner who has contributed throughout your career in a subscribing Police Force and you wish to attend, please contact the Welfare Department of your parent Force.

You will be required to submit an application form for attendance, which should be completed by your GP/Physiotherapist. Should you have any queries or difficulties, then do not hesitate to contact us direct by either telephone or e-mail.
